Forged OS is not a public consumer application — access is restricted to individuals and organizations with an active business relationship with Forged.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Forged OS collects, how it is used, where it is stored, which third-party services support the app, and how you can contact us with questions. By using Forged OS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

02Data We Collect

Because Forged OS is a business tool used to run day-to-day CRM and operations workflows, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, business email address, and role within your organization, used to create and authenticate your Forged OS account.
  • Business data you enter: deals and pipeline records, company and contact records, notes, tasks, call logs, invoices, chat messages and @mentions, calendar events, uploaded files and documents, and voice memo transcriptions and the records they generate.
  • Usage and device information: basic technical data such as app version, device type, and log data used for troubleshooting and security purposes.
  • Voice input: audio captured when you use Voice Memo AI Commands is processed to create tasks, deals, notes, and briefings within the app; transcribed text and resulting records are stored as part of your business data.

We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals who are not Forged team members or authorized Forged clients.

Data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS/HTTPS).

We retain business data for as long as your organization maintains an active relationship with Forged, or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.
